Dữ liệu lưu trên thiết bị
Ảnh, video, tài liệu và tên tệp trong két được mã hóa và lưu trên thiết bị của bạn. PRIVA không vận hành máy chủ lưu nội dung két, không yêu cầu tài khoản PRIVA, và không tích hợp quảng cáo hoặc SDK theo dõi. PRIVA chỉ đọc nội dung bạn chủ động chọn. Cài đặt và metadata phục vụ hoạt động của ứng dụng được xử lý trên thiết bị.
Khóa và sinh trắc học
Khóa đã bọc có thể đồng bộ qua iCloud Keychain tùy theo cài đặt Apple Account của bạn. Khóa sinh trắc học và khóa riêng của hộp nhận Chia sẻ chỉ lưu cục bộ. PRIVA nhận kết quả xác thực từ iOS, không nhận dữ liệu khuôn mặt hoặc vân tay. Đồng bộ khóa không đồng bộ nội dung két.
Sao lưu, xem và chia sẻ
Bạn có thể ghi bản sao lưu đã mã hóa vào thư mục đã chọn trong ứng dụng Tệp. Nhà cung cấp cloud/NAS xử lý lưu trữ và truyền dữ liệu theo chính sách riêng của họ. Việc PRIVA ghi xong vào thư mục không xác nhận rằng tải lên máy chủ từ xa đã hoàn tất. Bản sao lưu có thể để lộ số lượng mục, thời gian và mã định danh; tên và nội dung tệp vẫn được mã hóa.
Khi xem hoặc chia sẻ, PRIVA tạo bản giải mã tạm có bảo vệ trên thiết bị và dọn bản này khi đóng hoặc khóa két. Ứng dụng nhận có thể lưu bản sao riêng ngoài sự kiểm soát của PRIVA.
Thanh toán
Apple xử lý giao dịch mua PRIVA Pro và khôi phục giao dịch. PRIVA dùng giao dịch đã xác minh để xác định quyền Pro và không nhận số thẻ thanh toán. Pro là giao dịch mua một lần để bỏ giới hạn số tệp, không bao gồm dung lượng cloud. Việc xử lý của Apple tuân theo chính sách của Apple.
Xóa và khôi phục
Bạn có thể xóa tệp hoặc đặt lại dữ liệu PRIVA trong ứng dụng. Thùng rác giữ tệp trong 30 ngày; xóa vĩnh viễn không thể hoàn tác. Đặt lại hoặc gỡ ứng dụng không xóa bản sao lưu ở thư mục bên ngoài, bản sao do ứng dụng khác tạo hoặc lịch sử giao dịch Apple. Bạn tự quản lý các bản sao đó. Két không nằm trong bản sao lưu iPhone; hãy giữ bản sao lưu PRIVA và cụm từ khôi phục ở hai nơi riêng biệt.

PRIVA Free và Pro
Free lưu tối đa 50 tệp, tính cả tệp ẩn và Thùng rác. Pro mua một lần để bỏ giới hạn số tệp, tùy dung lượng thiết bị; không bao gồm dung lượng cloud. Mã hóa, sinh trắc học, sao lưu, khôi phục và xuất dữ liệu vẫn miễn phí. Tệp đã lưu vẫn có thể truy cập nếu quyền Pro kết thúc.
Khôi phục giao dịch
Mở mục Pro, chọn Khôi phục giao dịch, kết nối mạng và dùng Apple Account đã mua Pro. Giao dịch đang chờ sẽ cập nhật sau khi Apple hoàn tất xử lý. Hãy thử khôi phục trước khi mua lại.
Khôi phục két
Tại màn hình khóa, chọn Khôi phục từ bản sao lưu, chọn thư mục backup, nhập cụm từ khôi phục 12 từ và tạo mã mới. Cần có cả bản sao lưu và cụm từ để khôi phục. Hãy chờ nhà cung cấp hoàn tất tải bản sao lưu lên trước khi gỡ ứng dụng hoặc đổi thiết bị.

Gửi email tới hungs20.uet@gmail.com kèm mô tả vấn đề, phiên bản PRIVA/iOS và các bước tái hiện nếu có. Không gửi mã PRIVA, cụm từ khôi phục, ảnh hoặc tài liệu riêng tư.
Privacy policy
Data stored on your device
Vault photos, videos, documents and file names are encrypted and stored on your device. PRIVA operates no server for vault contents, requires no PRIVA account, and includes no advertising or tracking SDK. PRIVA reads content you choose. Preferences and operational metadata are processed on-device.
Keys and biometrics
Wrapped keys may sync through iCloud Keychain depending on your Apple Account settings. Biometric keys and the Share inbox private key remain local. PRIVA receives authentication results from iOS, not face or fingerprint data. Key synchronization does not synchronize vault contents.
Backup, viewing and sharing
You can write encrypted backups to a folder you choose in Files. Your cloud/NAS provider handles storage and transfer under its own policies. A completed folder write does not confirm that a remote upload has finished. Backups may reveal item counts, times and identifiers; file names and contents remain encrypted.
Viewing or sharing creates a protected temporary decrypted copy on-device, which PRIVA cleans up when closed or when the vault is locked. Receiving apps may retain copies outside PRIVA's control.
Payments
Apple processes PRIVA Pro purchases and purchase restoration. PRIVA uses verified transactions to determine Pro access and does not receive payment card numbers. Pro is a one-time file-count-limit unlock and does not include cloud storage. Apple's processing is subject to Apple's policies.
Deletion and recovery
You can delete files or reset PRIVA in the app. Trash retains files for 30 days; permanent deletion cannot be undone. Resetting or uninstalling does not remove external backups, copies created by other apps or Apple's transaction history. You manage those separately. The vault is excluded from iPhone backups; keep your PRIVA backup and recovery phrase separately.

Support
PRIVA Free and Pro
Free stores up to 50 files, including hidden and trashed files. Pro removes the file-count limit with a one-time purchase, subject to device capacity; cloud storage is not included. Encryption, biometrics, backup, recovery and export remain free. Files already stored remain accessible if Pro access ends.
Restore a purchase
Open Pro, choose Restore purchases, connect to the internet and use the Apple Account that purchased Pro. A pending transaction will update after Apple completes processing. Try restoring before purchasing again.
Recover a vault
On the lock screen, choose Restore from backup, select the backup folder, enter the 12-word recovery phrase and create a new passcode. Both the backup and phrase are required. Wait for your provider to finish uploading before uninstalling the app or changing devices.
